This is a local event for Riverbend, and as such we use our ruleset rather than the BoW.

Yeah, dang this date in particular. Not only is it St. Louis Comic Con, I'm also working an 8 hour shift for my University in Admissions doing registration for incoming Freshman, and I need the money.
